I loved it but it seam that I have a sensitivity to stimulants ( metabolic typing type fat/protein) and it drive me into depression. I used it in rare occasion for a kick but stay out 99.9999999% of the time . Just bad , it’s my metabolism.
i use to take it two weeks on and then one week off, dont know what efcet that had – i didnt lose any weight but it made me feel better.. like a funny sensation in the head.

THAT is a good point! Ephedrine does have that effect. Finally someone who knows what they’re talking about. The thermogeneis effect is so small it’s not worth anything. But the appetite suppressant part, yes this is true! But you can’t eat appetite suppressants all your life and what happens when you go off them?
This video doesn’t mention that ephedrine is an appetite suppressant, and that individuals experience weight loss due more to their decreased appetite than from any increase in thermogenesis.
The market for Ephedrine is big. The reaons is because there are just enough idiots in the world to keep the company going. If your understanding of fat reduction is that poor that you feel the need to take something to ” help,” then go ahead and kill yourself. Ephedrine does very little in the way of actual fat loss. If someone came along and told you the Golden Gate bridge would cut your bodyfat by 1%, you’d probably buy that too.

No useful info from this video. No arguments on the statements at all. I am a long time ephedrine user, it has worked very well with me, and I have not encountered any side effects. Ephedrine can be used safely.
Don’t waste your money on ANY Ephedra products. Ephedra will do VERY little in the way of burning fat or calories. To burn fat, you must consistantly take in less calories then you burn. Clean up your diet, cut just few calories daily. Add a bit of walking and the waist and weight will start trending downward. Companies who sell Ephedra know it has limited or no potential. But the potential for poorely educated lifters and young people who don’t know enough yet is great. Do your research!
