    1./ Start your journal. Document your start weight, your ideal weight or fat index and your goals. Write down your baseline exercise level.
    Write down when and where you eat, your feelings at the time you eat and reasons for eating.
    Document your exercise.
    Document amount of water and other fluids you intake.
    Do not do anything different for the first week.

    2./ Continue writing down journal but now with a goal in mind and daily calorie count or fat count. You …or you and your doctor need to decise the best plan for you. Drink six to eight glasses of water per day. Document all water and liquids.

    3./ Document at least weekly weight, daily calories, fluid intake and exercise [either with pedomoter or time spent in exercise]. Compare end of first week with with baseline and adjust calorie consumption and exercise level

    4./ Continue as above. Make adjustments as needed and be honest with yourself.

    This is all that is needed to lose weight safely. Eat 1500 calories per day if you are average height or more and just increase your fluid intake and exercise and you will lose weight in a healthy way.

    First I would figure out realistically how far your willing to go to reach your goal weight. The biggest thing I can suggest is to stop eating/drinking anything too unhealthy (fast food, soda, beer, pizza, fried food etc.) just cutting how unhealthy food with help you loose weight and feel great. Next, instead of killing yourself in a gym just take it easy. Whenever I always want to lose weight I take power walks through the park or try a yoga class. Also drinking lots of water can clean out your system and help lose a few pounds as well. So I would create a plan and a realistic diet chart. Then try your plan for about a week. If you are already cheating after a week, you probably need to try something else and look for someone to help you reach your goal.
