is it worth the 150$? it sounds really promising, but I live a very busy lifestyle with college fulltime and two part time jobs. i’m afraid i won’t be able to stick with it and then there’s 150$ down the drain.
i get that on the maintance part of the plan your supposed to have something like oatmeal for your afternoon snack. Im not getting this? do you understand?
wait you work out everyday? isnt that a tad extreme. do you think its really necessary for the weight loss and can you please respond to this question- are you STILL on the tone it up plan ?? please and thanks
im Seriouslly sticken confused!!! please help!!! i have been told from toneitup channel to eat sweet potatoes! But there full of carbs then again there a veji!! im just not sure if i should be freaking out because it is a veji, right?? please reply what you think i should do about this!! thanks!!
I PROMISEEEEE last Question!!! haha srry honestly! but i like variaty in my meals so for breakfast when i start school i want to start my day off AwsomE so would it work according to the TIU plan to have a protein pancake 3 days a week and have the morning mocha on the other 4 days just for breakfast? (the recipe they gave us on their channel) Thanks soooo much!
i may not want to have a sweet potatoe or a regulat potatoe everyday but!.. should i be eating most of my carb foods at lunch then at dinner? i lOVe carbs (
if you have a 4 ounce potatoe should you have something else with it or is that your whole lunch? like ify ou made healthy fries? cause im eating that a chicken breast, then a cup of soup and i dont see me loosing weight (( are you suposed to have JuST a potatoe for lunch?
@classyandfabulous94 I try to eat as healthy as i possibly can. Its very easy to substitute things or make them healthier. There is also the option of eating a smaller portion, than you normally would.

Are you able to switch or see the other types of plans? i.e., I’m a vegetarian, but also would like to eat more vegan, is there a way to purchase either one of these, but still see the meal plan for the other?

@blondchick4 no you want to eat i with 3 1/oz chicken breast and some veggies maybe 2 cups of lettuce or a salad.

@blondchick4 you can eat a 4 oz sweet potato a day if you want. Its all about moderation.
