@ladiietbaby Yup, but 99% of those who try to get in shape think that training is more important than nutrition.

Although you can lose weight without exercise, it is much quicker by doing some active shit ;D

@TakingAndChanging but by exercising everyday you increase your total weekly energy output. More energy used, more fat burned, but only if diet is in place :)
