I’m so sorry all that happened to you. I have been through similar things in my life and understand how horrible it is. I have hypothyroidism that makes my metabolism slow, and have been big since I was 5. I am dealing with a severe low back disability, and I was forced to do oral on a guy at knifepoint. It is so crazy how alike we are. You are a true insparation to me, probably moreso than others. Congrats for getting your life better and for the weightloss. love.leirafly@yahoo.com, email me?
Obesity is primarily caused by genetics and for most women PCOS is usually the culprit. It’s not about what you eat, it’s about how your body metabolizes the food in response to insulin, if you have insulin resistance everything you eat with a high caloric content will be metabolized to fat as opposed to being converted into energy like it would in a normal person, making it easier to gain. It’s not always about over eating, you shouldn’t hold your self responsible for everything.
***HEY GUYS!*** So yeah, this is one of those annoying comments…but I’m 16 years old and just starting out my weight loss journey. I’m going to be making vlogs and updates a lot! It would really mean a lot if I could gain some subscribers to follow me on my journey and maybe motivate and help me a little? PLEASE GO TO MY CHANNEL!
K sorry for being annoying but thank you
I am Allison in the video. I have lost 100 lbs now and have kept it off for several years. I row for my nationally ranked college rowing team and keep a very healthy lifestyle. The video doesn’t talk about how I also had a back disability at the time and could barely walk. Or how I gained the weight after losing my virginity to rape. All those who have hurtful things to say about this should realize that creating such negativity is one of the reasons people turn to food and obesity.
Thank you. I look a lot different now though. I am a college athlete and have lost 100 lbs and kept it consistent for over 4 years now. The comments people post on this video obviously don’t take into account that I am a real person and my life has changed incredibly since getting the surgery in such a positive way regardless of their opinions of it if they met me I bet you they would not say such awful things, so thanks for saying something nice instead of negative.
well, i had an eating disorder at 14. I gained 50 pounds in matter of a few months by polishing off whole bag of brownies, gourmet cookies, eating lots of starchy snacks and more so frozen yogourt in one shot. They are sooo good but when i finally reached 250 pounds, i was thinking woaw i gotta smarten up. i went down to 150. Lots of broccoli and palm size meat for lunch and super, vegetable or fruit snack if i got hungry and exercised lots and got my results. Oh and for breakfast have porige.
That type of surgery is nuts. Typical of the mistake of western medicine. Let the smoke out of the window and ignore the fire. Over a long enough time, cutting out refined foods, finding foods that are a good metabolic match for her, and getting some cardio and resistance exercise would do it. Maybe a few years, but it’d do it. I hate lap-band surgery. I think it’s criminal.
the reason why teens are obses is that no one wants to eat healthy and exercise.. america is fat food express.. solution work out and eat healthier.. there is no excuse.. i am sorry but lots of america teens or people are mcdonalds or fast food when you have the solution gyms and healthy foods.. discipline
You go and keep fighting .. I am earning my degree in nutirion and exercise .. weight loss is only effective with a good exercise and food program

Why are people saying its not about what you eat? Oh course it is! You eat processed fatty foods you become fat. If you eat whole foods you don’t.

I hope the surgery helps her. So sad…you know she must hurt in her body and in her heart.
Cause diet pills dont work when you chase them with a piece of cake. You obviously just want the easy way out
