<p>Most of the time you don&#8217;t enjoy the food, and eating is supposed to be a pleasure. How do I eat healthy and lean? I do research on the internet &#038; health magazines and make notes of what kinds of foods are healthy, tasty and that helps with fat reduction. I am constantly on the lookout for any new kinds of food that the experts might mention to add to my list of favorite food. From that list of food, I will then choose the ones that I like and build an eating plan around them.</p>
<p>There are also lots of nice food to use as in-between snacks, and the snacking also helps you to eat less at meal times. My favorite snack food is Almond nuts and dried Mango. They are non fattening snacks, filled with good fibre.</p>
<p>To eat correctly, is the most important part of your training program. This will get you the results that you want during exercise much quicker.</p>
<p>Same as with my food, I prefer to do Interval training that is much more interesting than the boring repetitive types. I also look for a few of the most popular interval training exercises around, and choose my favorites from that. I alternate between the exercises so that it does not become boring.</p>

Im just a little too chubby for my liking and I would like to get some muscles (I&#8217;m a weakling) and tone my body. Any good suggestions for a Tone Detox/exercise plan?</p>

<p><i>Answer by Kim</i><br/>I wouldn&#8217;t think a full blown Tone Detox would work for you because you are young and still growing but try to make healthier choices.</p>
<p>For example a cup full of skittles has upwards of 400calories but a cup of brocoli only has around 90. </p>
<p>Make sure with your main meals at least half is vege. </p>
<p>Be careful with fruit &#8211; they have a lot more natural sugar than you think&#8230; go for smaller fruit &#8211; think of it as mother natures Tone Detox haha</p>
<p>To tone your body start by doing 20 pushups (full if you can, half if you can&#8217;t yet)<br />
20 sit-ups and then put on your favourtite song and dance crazily around to it for like 5 minutes. </p>
<p>Remember consistancy is key if you have a day where you don;t eat as heathly, try really hard the next day to eat clean.</p>

I am going back to my high protein Tone Detox and was wondering what others have to give as to which foods would be good, i have a trouble with snacking. I always crave something to just plain chew, i&#8217;ve tried gum but it didn&#8217;t work! Any ideas on how to improve on my snacking issues? And my activity is great i have double sessions of tennis that started today and we run A LOT! So my cardio is good and i love taking a 2 mile walk at the end of the day up and down my street. Grilled chicken breast  4oz=100 calories. all protien.<br />
Peanut Butter- yes it&#8217;s okay to have a tablespoon on an apple or cracker or dip it in carrots. You need fat to burn fat.</p>
<p>Snackwise- Eat more fivery snacks like fruits and veggies, popcorn, or buy these things called rice cakes. 35 calories, and it packs in 9g of whole grains! Try chewing on ice or low calorie snacks. I love eating carrots and peanut butter to help keep me full.</p>
