I’ve tried the quick weight loss program and lost 40 lbs (gained 10 lbs back). I’ve also tried fatloss4idiots, atkins, and scarsdale and my weight stays about the same. I try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, a few days a week, but it’s not working. My daily calorie intake is about 1,000, more or less and is very balanced.

I am like most people that are trying to lose weight, I am 6′6 and around 340lbs(according to my scale). I play basketball every monday for 2hours. My family is way over weight, my dad and brother has a HUGE stomach, as for me I dont, but I dont want to get the huge stomach. I would love to get back under 300lbs possibly around 275lbs(I know it will take time to get there).
What is a good way I could lose weight and look different by Thanksgiving?
