Good Way to loose weight fast?

im not gonna like starve myself or anything
but i have alot of weight to lose’
and yes this is based off of BMI and height to weight charts so i do know how much i need to lose to be healthy
but i have a big party to go to end of july early to mid august
so i need to lose as much weight as possible by then

for my diet im going really lean and healthy no junk food or soda or anything
Breakfast: egg whites on whole grain toast or protein shake or fruit and yogurt
Snack: veggies with tuna
Lunch : salad
Snack : fruit or veggies
Dinner: whole grain pasta with tomato sauce with vegetable or salad
REALLY healthy foods then when i get back from the party to still eat healthy but maybe work on more reasonable everyday stuff like you know maybe some more carbs

And exercise cardio 4 to 6 times a week 30-45 minutes
then tone 3-4 times a week working different body parts everytime

i have about 4-10 weeks to do this
if i have about 60-70 pounds i need to lose how much do you think i can get off by doing this???

just to let everyone know this is short workout quick weight loss plan i dont need to hear about starvation mode i wont be going under 1200 calories its ok if i gain few pounds back when i incorporate more things to my diet after
