Hi, for all those people looking to lose weight, This is more of an answer than a question so to make this a question I guess I have to ask if my answers are good? I hope the following answers help you! Good luck”This only takes 30 minutes out of your 24 hour day! If you want to lose weight I suggest you do some cardio workouts. Start off by jogging a few minutes on a treadmill or jog outside. Increase your duration time and length as you lose weight. You can also jump rope. Do everyday execises such as taking the flight of stairs instead of the elavator, Jogging to the store instead of using the car( that way you save money and lose weight =D ). Do not take any weight loss pills or supplements. Eat healthy, Not Oily fats from Fast Foods. Eat more vegetables than meat. Limit your snacks. You will not lose weight in a week, it takes time, effort and spirit. Good Luck. Theres no such thing as instant lost of weight just like theres no instant growth pill from age 10 to 15 in a day. “Losing weight takes time, it cannot happen in a flash, stay away from weight loss pills or supplements nor should you be anorexic. Is it normal to gain weight before losing it with exercise?


I have been working a night job which included a lot of physical exercise–stocking the shelves, running from one department of the store to another, etc. It’s my first job in two years–and in the two years I haven’t worked I gained a lot, and I mean A LOT, of weight. Strange thing is I am eating healthier, getting a lot of exercise, but have gained 5 pounds instead of lost weight. Is this just muscle mass or what? What are some things I can do to get the best results in losing a lot of weight?
