Im 15 yrs old 182 pounds boy and wow im feeling fat… any help on weight loss?

yea well i see a bunch of people talk about this kinda stuff here so here it goes

im 15 years old and 182 pounds
at about 7th grade i was at my top weight 194 pounds -wow-
now im in 10th and at 182 -i guess it just dropped-
anyways, im feeling very depressed about my weight and i find myself looking at other kinda fat kids wondering stuff like: am i as big as them or am i bigger smaller? how do other people see ME?
Im very athletic though im not your typical stereotypical fat person, im fast im good at most sports i mean when it comes to those kinda things the extra pounds rule, since i can move fast with them but other times are like. . . ugh. . . .
so these are the things ive “tried” to loose weight, i found on internet and people:
bulimic anorexic i took laxatives and i tried to eat less but my family instantly suspects stuff and they are big also so all they buy is fatty greasy foods and i know your gonna say: “go to a gym” honestly going to a gym is embarrassing for me. any help?
